Terms and conditions of sales  All purchases are subject to verification. Except as may be specified on quotation or request for proposal, the terms and conditions of sale is Net 30-days, subject to credit approval. First time purchases may be subject to pre-payment before final delivery. All purchase orders may be subject to verification and acceptance by Cepoint Networks, LLC.  Delivery is 30 days upon acceptance of purchase orders except as may be specified or otherwise. All purchases are final. Returns for defective or damaged system may be replaced or exchanged if such defects or damage were not as a result of misuse or modifications or change or integration attempts by purchase or end user, and if such returns are in good condition, made within 15 days of receipt by customer. RMA (Return for Merchandise Authorization) should be made in a form provided by Cepoint Networks,  LLC
